NBC Diversity Initiative for Writers

All of the major television networks offer programs to help new and diverse writers gain access to the industry.

From the NBC site:

"In order to further encourage diversity among our writing staffs, NBC provides funding for a diverse Staff Writer position, open to all scripted NBC Primetime Series."
